Civil Rights

What is a civil rights case?

While there are many types of civil rights cases, Mr. Bullman specifically handles civil rights cases involving law enforcement officers and other government officials and particularly when that conduct results in the infringing upon a person’s constitutionally protected rights. He handles cases such as illegal searches, detentions and arrest, abuse in custody and personal injury, wrongful death, excessive force, sexual abuse and other violations of civil liberties. He has also handled cases such as failure of the FBI to catch serial killers and police departments with illegal quotas.

What should I do if I feel my rights have been violated?

If you feel that your civil rights or liberties have been violated, email us or give us a call right away. Mr. Bullman can help determine if you have a case and walk through how he can help you. It is important not to delay getting in touch with someone, if you feel your rights have been violated, as the law limits the time I which you can pursue a claim. In the meantime, make sure to keep records and other evidence safe and ready to share with the right attorney, to help evaluate and protect any claim you may have.

Kind, Caring, & Does a GREAT JOB!!

I was wrongfully arrested and jailed for a crime someone else committed. My husband and I started calling around just to find out what my rights were. We called over 20 attorneys and Mark was the only one who would listen. Not only did he make me feel comfortable, but when we found proof of who actually committed the crime, he helped me report it to the proper authorities. I wasn’t looking for any money, only to clear my name. Mark helped me clear my name, got me a settlement, & helped me make sure that the real criminal was arrested!! Now my bills will be paid off & my church will get a large donation for their children’s ministry!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARK BULLMAN!!!
