What is a business dispute?

Business disputes usually arise between companies or individuals when they disagree over the terms of a contract; however, they can also occur between a business and its employees, contractors, business partners, officers, shareholders, merchants, customers, service providers or any other party involved in a business. Business disputes should be handled as quickly as possible and by someone with experience in resolving problems before they get out of hand and get far more complicated and expensive to address.
